These terms describe use of Diju’s training service. Contact the Diju team if you have a question before using it.
The service
Diju provides AI-assisted running plans, training reviews, and coaching conversations. Recommendations depend on the information available and can be incomplete or incorrect. Review proposals before applying them. We do not guarantee a race result, fitness improvement, or injury prevention.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only data you have permission to upload or share. You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Trial and subscription
New accounts receive the introductory trial described on the signup and pricing pages. No payment card is required for the trial, and it ends without an automatic charge. Continuing coaching requires a paid subscription. The price and billing interval are shown before you subscribe; paid subscriptions renew unless cancelled.
Cancellation and refunds
Manage cancellation through Plans & billing. The billing interface shows when your paid access ends. If Diju is not right for you, request a refund from support within 30 days of your payment. This guarantee does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Training decisions
Diju is not a medical provider and does not diagnose or treat conditions. Consider your health, experience, and conditions before following a workout. Seek qualified medical advice about pain, injuries, or whether a training activity is appropriate for you.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain your rights to content you upload. You allow Diju and its service providers to process that content to operate the service and deliver the features you request. Do not use the service unlawfully, access other people’s accounts without permission, disrupt the service, or attempt to bypass usage limits.
Availability and changes
Features and AI systems may change as Diju develops. Service interruptions can occur. Subscription charges and renewal information are presented through billing. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
