Privacy notice
This notice describes the personal information used to provide Diju and how to contact us about it.
Information you provide
Diju stores account details such as your name and email, authentication information, display preferences, and subscription status. Training information can include your profile, availability, race calendar, activities, workout notes, and coaching conversations. Activities may contain GPS routes and heart-rate data; profiles and messages may include injury or other health information you choose to share.
How your information is used
Account information supports sign-in and service administration. Your training context is used to generate plans, review sessions, and prepare coaching proposals. Billing information supports subscriptions and payment handling. Technical usage and error information helps us understand how the service is used and investigate problems.
AI and service providers
Relevant profile information, activities, workout notes, race details, and messages are sent to AI service providers to produce coaching responses. Diju also uses hosting and database providers, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, and PostHog for analytics and error reporting. These services receive information needed for their role. Payment card details are entered through Stripe rather than stored in Diju’s application database.
Connections and sharing
If you connect intervals.icu, Diju stores connection credentials and imports activity information. You can disconnect in Settings. If you grant a coach access through Diju’s sharing tools, the information covered by that access becomes visible to them; you can manage that access in the app.
Cookies, analytics, and session replay
Diju uses cookies for authentication and preferences. When analytics is enabled, PostHog can collect page views, interactions, technical errors, and session replays. Signed-in analytics may be associated with your user ID and email. Browser storage and cookies can support these functions.
Storage and deletion
Ending a trial or cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or training history. Contact support to request deletion or an export. Some records may need to be retained to meet payment, legal, or security obligations. Removing an integration does not delete information already imported.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact support to make a request. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
Questions and updates
Contact the Diju team at the email above for questions about your data or this notice. We may update this page as the service and its data practices change.
